"We awarded our bid to Jeff for five reasons 1) he provided support during the planning stage and he kept our costs down by providing alternatives, 2) he always answered his phone during the 6 month design process, 3) his references and quality were impeccable, 4) he listened and was clear that he would be on our job site everyday, and 5) his trades have been with him for a long time. During the construction, Jeff always answered his phone and was on the jobsite everyday, we made many decisions in the field and he was patient with us during the material/product selections. His trade workers pride themselves on quality and craftsmanship and it showed in the end. After we moved in and 2 years later, Jeff still answers his phone to answer a question about something. All-in-all, Jeff and the office manager Sharon provided us with a great experience."
